Scott grew up in the Philadelphia area, a diehard Eagles fan. As a kid, he played every sport possible, including a stint as the starting kicker for his high school football team his senior year! He played Division 1 tennis at Rider College, then lived the “glamorous life” on the ATP Challenger circuit, sleeping on some of the finest couches across the southeast U.S. After moving to Boulder, Colorado, in the late 90’s, his rackets collected dust while he embarked on a successful career competing and coaching in running, cycling, and triathlon. Then, in 2019, a friend introduced him to pickleball, which Scott now refers to as his “Back to the Future” sport. He has become one of the top all-around Senior Pro players (DUPR 5.874), and is a sought after coach, podcaster, and commentator. Scott is proud to be the 2x Captain of the Denver Iconics, and has tallied the most match wins of any player in NPL history!
